Your ESP dashboard says 99% delivered. That number is an acceptance rate rolled up across every domain you mailed. Gmail can be filing you in spam, Yahoo can be quiet, and Outlook can be rejecting a slice, and the 99% still looks fine. Monitoring starts by refusing that average.
This page is the per-provider hub: which Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook signal to watch, and where each one lives. For alerting mechanics and response times, use the real-time monitoring guide. For what to do once one provider’s column moves, use provider-specific inbox placement.
No single official dashboard covers Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook; you need three sources, one per provider. A tool can put them side by side, and that helps, but it is still showing you three providers’ numbers, not one score you can average.

Per-provider deliverability monitoring: one source of truth each
| Question | Gmail | Yahoo | Outlook |
|---|---|---|---|
| Did they accept the mail? | Postmaster delivery errors, plus your bounce log | Bounce log and Sender Hub | Bounce log. 550 5.7.515 is a rejection. |
| Did a person mark it spam? | Postmaster user-reported spam rate | Sender Hub complaint rate, on mail that reached the inbox | Not the same tile. Do not paste Gmail’s 0.10% line onto Outlook. |
| Which folder, on a test message? | Seed mailbox | Seed mailbox | Seed mailbox |
| Authentication on the real stream | Postmaster compliance, plus DMARC reports | Sender Hub and DMARC reports | The 5.7.515 article if high-volume mail is rejected |
The dashboard guide covers which tiles belong on a screen. This page is the map of whose data those tiles must come from. Seed testing versus ongoing monitoring is the difference between a test inbox and production mail.
What InboxEagle can sit on top of
Each column in the table has a matching product surface. Google Postmaster covers Gmail spam rate, compliance, and delivery errors. Yahoo and AOL seed-mailbox placement is kept separate from Gmail. InboxEagle has no Yahoo Sender Hub connection, so read Sender Hub itself for complaint data. The seed list shows placement at Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, and Outlook. DMARC monitoring checks your DMARC policy record every 24 hours and alerts on change. Reading aggregate reports to find sources that fail alignment is a separate paid product (DMARC Processing). IP health (blocklist status, ASN, rDNS, shared versus dedicated) is a separate view from Postmaster spam rate, and the public lookup is the blacklist checker.
SNDS stays on Microsoft’s sender support site. InboxEagle does not replace it. Outlook placement comes from the Outlook seed mailboxes only.
Klaviyo’s deliverability hub is still Klaviyo’s view of Klaviyo sends. It does not show the Gmail folder. The Klaviyo hub guide is that limitation. SES has its own reputation math on the SES page. If you send on both platforms, you need both, which is the point of Klaviyo vs SES.
What should page you, provider by provider
Page on a change in one provider, not on a blended open rate. Practical triggers, each tied to a published signal or a hard failure:
- Gmail spam rate moving toward 0.10%, and anything at or above 0.30%.
- Yahoo complaint rate moving toward 0.30%.
- A new 550 5.7.515, or a jump in 4xx deferrals at one provider.
- DMARC failures from a source you do not recognize.
- Seed placement at Gmail or Yahoo flipping while the other stays put. That split is provider-specific placement.
A monthly agency checklist is still worth running. It will not catch Tuesday’s spike. The incident agent is the alerting path when a threshold is crossed. The human writeup after the fact is the postmortem.

Score your sending setup before the next incident
The free deliverability score asks 10 questions about your sending setup, covering authentication, list practices, sending patterns, and content, and returns a 0 to 100 score with fixes. Then give Gmail and Yahoo their own screens.
