AI Agents

You Shouldn't Need
a Dashboard to
Catch a Problem.

Three AI agents evaluate every send. When placement drops, complaints spike or authentication breaks, an incident opens with the cause and the fix — and closes itself once the signal recovers.

Incident Lifecycle

Open, triaged, monitored, closed.

Every incident runs the same loop — so a problem is never just a red number you have to interpret on your own.

Step 1Detected

A signal crosses a threshold

Placement drops against spam, a complaint rate spikes, or authentication starts failing. The relevant agent evaluates the send and opens an incident — no one has to be watching a dashboard.

Step 2Triaged

You get the cause, not just the symptom

The incident opens with a plain-English summary, the campaign that triggered it, the provider it affects, and the SPF, DKIM and DMARC state at the time of the send.

Step 3Monitoring

Remediation, then watch

You get provider-specific steps to take. The agent keeps evaluating each subsequent send, tracks whether the signal recovers, and escalates again if it relapses.

Step 4Closed

It closes itself

Once healthy sends confirm the recovery, the agent auto-closes the incident and records the whole sequence in the audit history. You can also close one by hand at any point.

What You Get

Three agents, one incident feed.

Each agent owns a class of problem. They all write to the same feed, with the same lifecycle and the same audit trail.

Deliverability Incident Agent

Diagnoses inbox rate drops in real time, identifies DMARC, SPF and DKIM failures, and recommends provider-specific remediation steps.

Post-Campaign Agent

Reviews each send for below-average open and click rates, unsubscribe and complaint spikes, and shifts in your sending reputation signals.

Competitor Analysis Agent

Monitors competitor volume and frequency changes, campaign template pattern shifts, and their inbox placement trends against yours.

Slack & Email Alerting

Incidents reach you where you already work — a Slack webhook, an email, or the in-app notification feed, with the detail attached.

Per-Agent Toggles

Each agent is switched on or off independently, per brand. Run only the ones you want, and turn one off while you work through a migration.

Full Audit History

Every state change is recorded — when it opened, what triggered it, what was recommended, and what closed it. Nothing happens off the record.

The Difference

Noticing late vs. being told.

Most deliverability damage is done in the gap between the drop and the day someone spots it.

Without InboxEagle

  • A drop is spotted when revenue misses, not when it starts
  • No record of what the authentication state was at send time
  • Provider-level detail has to be pieced together by hand
  • Recovery is guessed at rather than confirmed
  • Nothing captures what was tried, or whether it worked

With InboxEagle

  • An incident opens on the send that caused it
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC state captured at the moment of the send
  • Placement broken out per provider, in the incident itself
  • Auto-close only after healthy sends confirm the recovery
  • Full audit history of every state change and recommendation

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a deliverability incident agent?
It is an automated monitor that evaluates each of your sends against known-bad patterns, opens an incident when one is matched, explains the likely cause, and tracks it until the signal recovers. Instead of checking a dashboard and hoping to notice a trend, you get told.
What actually triggers an incident?
Three separate agents watch three separate things. The deliverability agent opens incidents for inbox placement dropping against spam, complaint rates crossing healthy thresholds, and SPF, DKIM or DMARC failures. The post-campaign agent looks at engagement and reputation after each send. The competitor agent watches the brands you track.
Do the agents change anything in my account?
No. They detect, explain and recommend — they never alter your sending configuration, your records or your ESP. Anything that writes back to Klaviyo, such as suppression or bot flags, is a separate feature that always previews the affected profiles first.
Will I be flooded with alerts?
An incident stays as one incident through its whole life — it opens, moves to monitoring, then closes. You are not alerted per send. Recovery has to be confirmed across subsequent healthy sends before an incident auto-closes, which also means a brief blip does not immediately reopen as something new.
Which providers do the agents evaluate?
Placement incidents are broken out by Gmail, Yahoo and AOL. Reputation and spam-rate incidents draw on Google Postmaster Tools data for Gmail. Authentication incidents apply to every domain you send from, regardless of provider.
Can I close an incident myself?
Yes. Any incident can be closed manually, and you can trigger a check by hand rather than waiting for the next scheduled evaluation. Both actions are recorded in the incident's audit history.
