API key not working

Make sure the key includes the hyphenated region suffix (e.g., -us1, -eu1). Check that your Mailchimp account has API access enabled.

Seed list not receiving emails

Ensure the seed addresses are added as contacts in your Mailchimp audience. Check that the segment is included in your campaign recipient list.

DMARC alignment failing

Mailchimp uses mcsv.net for default DKIM. Set up a custom sending domain in Mailchimp account settings for DMARC alignment.
