→Go to InboxEagle Settings → Integrations → Iterable
→Paste your API key
→Click "Connect"

Add Seed Addresses

Add InboxEagle's seed email addresses as users in Iterable for placement testing.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Solutions

API key not authorizing

Verify the key has "Standard" scope and hasn't expired. Generate a new key if needed.

Seed users not receiving emails

Ensure seed addresses are imported as users in Iterable and are active. Check suppression lists.

Sending domain not detected

In Iterable, go to Settings → Email Settings and verify your sending domain is configured and authenticated.
